The Retail business unit has four 'drivers' of profitability:

Each driver demands investment in time, energy, and capital to generate value for our company. Managed properly, these investments create a competitive advantage that results in enhanced profitability.

Each of these drivers have both their costs and benefits reflected across multiple lines in our EPC
statement. For instance, while sales lead directly to revenue, all of the costs we incur support our ability to achieve sales.
